Refund - If you are not satisfied with a LINK product, we will refund 100% of the purchase price for up to one year from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of the e-mail confirmation receipt that you receive at the time of order. It contains your order number. |

Cancellation - Customer may cancel an order up to the time the order is shipped. If shipping has taken place, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Purchase price will be refunded. |
